Author name format in Reference Preview

When authors upload their production files they see a section called Reference Preview. This shows the author names in a different format from the ribbon and the author list causing authors write to ask for changes to their name presentation. There is no clear advice to authors as to which version of their name is the version of record. Please make author names have one format.
