Decision letters viewable in companion paper box

The companion papers tool requires a user to toggle to the companion submission to view any of its manuscript details. Because this tool is often used for manuscripts that have been rejected with possibility for resubmission, it would be helpful if it functioned a little more similarly to the Version History box. In particular, being able to view the companion paper's decision letter without having to toggle between submission pages would be helpful.
