Split view tabs to show figures, tables, references alongside text to prevent repeated scrolling

Our reviewers have requested the ability to see the manuscript text in a separate tab alongside the figures, tables, references.
Both tabs should be scrollable so that reviewers can easily compare the text to the figures, tables and references without having to scroll down to the very end of the manuscript and then scroll back up to the text.
