Adding revision submission deadline with exact time

Currently, authors only receive a deadline date. It would be great if the exact time and timezone are also presented to the authors.

It has its utmost importance when someone requires submitting the manuscript close to the deadline, and when there are remote authors working together.

It is a minor modification but may help many authors.
