Ability to hide 'Assign to Issue' and | ScholarOne Manuscripts Ideas

Ability to hide 'Assign to Issue' and 'Production Details' sections of manuscript information tab

On many journals these sections are not relevant during peer-review, because issue assignment & DOI assignment are done later on, during the production process.

It would be tidier if we could choose not to display them on the manuscript information tab in those cases, as a configuration option. Then we won't need to explain them to editors etc; and the page will be marginally shorter for them, so less scrolling will be needed.
