Show when Suggested Alternates has been accessed

If the view additional possibilities underlined text changed color once accessed, it would save Editors/Editorial Assistants opening the same suggested alternates over and over when monitoring reviewer responses. Currently there is no way of knowing if the suggested alternates has been opened, except by memory.
