Advanced Filtering in Cognos Reports

Please allow for advanced filtering (using both AND and OR) when creating reports. The currant filter function currently allows only for OR searches or AND searches, but not both.

Example of desired filtering ability:

(Reviewer A OR Reviewer B) AND (Flag 1:YES OR Flag 2:YES OR Flag 3:YES) AND (Manuscript submission date range)

    You can already do this - if you group the filters you can set a different AND/OR requirement within different groups and outside the groups.
