Enable attachment of files to templates according to file designation

It would be helpful if we could attach more than just "PDF proof" to email templates. Specifically, we would want to attach author-supplied supplementary material - which often doesn't display well in PDF - to our reviewer agreement notification templates. 

Yes - suppl files are available under a tab on the reviewer score sheet page - but pushing the files out to them via email would make them more discoverable and save reviewers the hassle.

    Not just supplementary files but any original file.
