File Designations

It would be useful to have File Designations that differentiate between material needed for print publication versus review. For instance:

Supporting Information for Review Only

Main Document for Publication

You can already do this. It's possible to add more file designations and then decide if they are part of the reviewer pdf or are supplementary materials for review or not, and whether they are published or not.
