Add and New Search option

It would be good if there was an 'Add and New Search' option when you have run a search for reviewers, as well as the 'New Search', 'Modify Search', 'Add', 'Add and New Page' options. This would allow you to simultaneously add the reviewer(s) you have found and refresh the page so you can search again straight away. Currently you have to use a two-step process; add the reviewer(s) to your list and then scroll back down and select 'New Search'.
