Some cases 2 or more different types (category) of Reviewers list are required.

For example: “Domestic Reviewers” and “Foreign Reviewers”

Or

“Internal Reviewers” and “External Reviewers”

Or

“Permanent Reviewers” and “Guest Reviewers” etc.

In this case, we will be able to add multiple lists and map the reviewers to that list. In this way, we can restrict minimum number of review from each category.
