Submitting Author email tag

The Submitting Author is not always the Corresponding Author. In most cases, it does not matter but there are instances, such as First Look, where it would be useful to contact both the Submitting and the Corresponding Author.

    This would be very helpful. Unsubmitted manuscripts are returned to the corresponding author, who sometimes doesn't respond because they aren't the submitting author. We need a way to include the submitting author on Unsubmit emails (and some other correspondence).
