Report for Unusual Activity

It would be really helpful if we could have a build your own option for the Unusual Activity - showing red or amber, what the alert was for, who cleared it and why. This would allow us to track potential patterns, rogue authors, rogue reviewers.

    It would also be helpful if there was a report to show the number of UAR's vs the number of submissions (e.g. 50% of submissions had UAR on one journal compared to 5% on another)
