E-mail tag for First Decision Date

Currently, there's only an e-mail tag for the decision date of the current version of a manuscript: ##DECISION_DATE##

It would be very helpful for us to have a tag for the date when the FIRST decision was made on a paper. This is the date we want to pass on to the typesetters to be published with an article as the "revision requested" date, and currently we have no way of automatically including this in an e-mail.
