Show email addresses for all referees on assign reviewer screen

It would be beneficial if ScholarOne could show the email address(es) associated with accounts on the assign reviewer screen, both for recommended reviewers and those returned through searches. The recommended reviewers section on the manuscript information tab already shows this information but it would also be useful for editors to be available on the page where the majority of reviewer invitation activity occurs.

    This would be beneficial as editors sometimes fail to check the email address and invite clearly fake recommended reviewers. If the email address is clearly displayed, they are more likely to notice if it is spurious.
