Add icon/symbol to indicate an e-mail template has been recently modified

Currently if a note has been added to a S1 manuscript within the last 24 hours, a special icon appears to indicate this. Can a similar icon be created for e-mail templates, that is visible on the list of templates without opening the template draft itself? In situations where we must modify several templates at once, this would be an extremely helpful visual indication of which ones have already been done.

    Hello,

    We added date updated to the email templates section earlier on this year which should help guide which templates have been updated recently.
