Number the email templates as they are created.

Please add a feature which numbers the email templates as they are created. This will may it easier for Administrators and Editors to locate existing templates for updates and to keep an accurate count of the templates the site uses. I attached a screenshot example for a better understanding of the request. Thanks!

    Perhaps numbered in the subject line and in the body of the text so that you can instantly see which one.

    And out of interest why are the reminder email templates not listed in the order of the tasks as they appear on the dashboard?

    Yes - great idea.  We've been doing this manually, but that's tedious.  Automatic would be better. 

     

    But it's more than just numbering - the number needs to appear IN the e-mail template text so that if a question arises, it is possible to identify the template directly from the e-mail.

     

    Also, we need a flow-chart/workflow chart for S1M that shows where each e-mail template is triggered.
