We are interested in seeing the trends for rejection, for example, how many are rejected because of poor English? it would be great to have a field that Editors can either have free text or select from a drop down list (configurable to admin) which allows them to select the reason for rejection. This would also be helpful for Impact Vizor initiative.
This reject reason should be re portable.
Not all rejections are equal! I'm shocked this is not implemented yet.
This is a great idea. To make it useful for tracking and following trends, the reasons must be pre-configured. Free text is very difficult to meaningfully analyse results.
This would be an extremely welcomed development! Ideally this would look like radio buttons with pre-configured reasons similar to the decision screen - not a free text field.
This would be very valuable to help with transferring papers.
