Currently when the prefix (Mr, Mrs, Dr etc) is changed in an account, it only carries through for the journal you are logged into, rather than all of the journals the account is linked to. This means to change the prefix for all journals the account is linked to, you need to change it manually for each individual journal. This is problematic if an account was not created properly, or if the prefix needs to be changed to indicate a reviewer does/doesn't hold a PhD. It is also problematic for customer service reasons if a user has to change their account multiple times. As for other sections of a user's account, there should be the option of changes carrying through to each journal the account is linked to.
