Allow reviewer comments to be included in a report

I have an editor who has requested this for evaluating reviewer quality.

Several journals have asked for this. It's useful when sending a report to the editors listing all the current papers and reviews for their scheduled meetings to decide whether to accept a paper or not.

Some journals need a report with comments to author (or comments to editor), which will help them in the work.

I'm assuming that this means the 'Comments to author' (& 'Comments to editor') field that can be added to reports as standard. If yes it would indeed be very useful to be able to report on - most of the other (custom) report fields can be reported on, so it seems odd that these standard ones aren't available.
