I'm not sure if this is within the parameters of the XML code used in ScholarOne, but it would be great if the XML file that ScholarOne exports with all the e-mail templates could include a line with the name of the attachment included in the e-mail template. At minimum, having a line that simply says <attachment> would be helpful, so we could easily pull up all emails that include one, even if we can't pull it up by the exact name of the file.
Being able to easily find the attachments by name would help me keep attachments up to date, if changes occur.
