Link reviewer ratings to email templates

To allow journals to give extra recognition to reviewers who return outstanding reviews it would be great if the reviewer rating functionality was linked to an email template/templates.

For example if a rating above a certain number is given to a review, an automated email goes out from the editor to thank the reviewer (or pops up so the editor can add a personal note if they want to).
