Opt in/Opt out of emails

People who register should have the option to either opt in or opt out of email messages (such as broadcast emails, not the reminders)

There should be a way to see their choice when creating broadcast emails - or only have users that have opted in to recieve messages come up in the search results

Lots of laws are changing in europe particularly regarding data protection and the ScholarOne sites should keep up with these

    Can we put "out of office" in the ScholarOne just like we put in the outlook?

    I also suggest the broadcast emails  should have the function to avoid sending the email to the unsubscribers.
