Reviewer Locator: exclude users who have ?Excluded Reviewers? status in the User Permission & Roles section of their account information

It would be helpful if the Reviewer Locator results would exclude users who have ?Excluded Reviewers? status in the User Permission & Roles section of their account information.

    I second this, but would also suggest that some kind of warning or flag be present even if it is simply that the user's reviewer role has been expired (they may not necessarily be "excluded").  I have had editors flag this with me repeatedly, that they try to pull from the Reviewer Locator data only to find they cannot invite the person.
