Reviewer Locator: need warning for potential duplicate account creation
If you try to add a reviewer on the fly that has the same first and last name as an existing reviewer, you get this warning message: Our records indicate that there is already one or more accounts in the system for a person with this first and last name. You may view more details about these existing accounts by clicking the View Search Results button (recommended), or create a new account by clicking the 'Create and Add' button. Reviewer Locator 's match with Create On The Fly does not warn based on First & Last name and so this has potential to create duplicate accounts if the user already exists in the S1 site with a different email address than that listed on WoS. Essentially, it would be great if Reviewer Locator could have the same safeguards against things like this, or adding inappropriate reviewers (see other Reviewer Locator enhancement Ideas) as the regular Reviewer search methods already do.
