Reviewer List Should Show Reviewers' Previous Review Scores on Revisions

In the 'Select Reviewers' tab of a revised manuscript, the 'Reviewer List' should indicate if each reviewer listed worked on the previous version of the manuscript and their previous overall review score.  A good place for this information might be the History column.  This way, an editor would not have to navigate back and forth between version history to see the previous ratings from each reviewer. For example, an editor may want to only send the new version back to one reviewer, based on their previous review score.   If the history was located on the current Reviewer List, the editor would have all the information in one place. This would cut down on time and would leave less room for error.

Could there also be an optional configuration setting in which reviewers who have previously "Accepted" a manuscript are not included in the reviewer list for revised versions but those who have given a score of "Reject" or "Revise" are?
