Distinguish Notes Viewability by Role

Please add the ability to mark notes as for admins only, admins and editors only, etc. Our editors and other users are not interested in seeing internal administrative discussions about paperwork, article formatting, etc., so we'd like to be able to identify who is able to see which notes as they are created.
