The alert "Computer has been linked to multiple submissions by other users" is impossible to act upon as it doesn't say which other submissions came from that computer. These should ideally be listed underneath the alert. It would be even more use...

Warning Message given before a paper with a decision can be unsubmitted

If a paper already has a decision, could a warning message be given before that paper is Unsubmitted? When going back and forth between a paper and its companion, it is relatively easy to lose track and unsubmit the wrong one.

If there is a way for a paper that has been unsubmitted because an author chose the incorrect manuscript type to be re-submitted to the queue with the updated manuscript type within the manuscript number, that would save the admin time from having to go back in to update the manuscript id since it is not possible at this time to make that correction during the draft stage.
